On December 3rd 2023 I was invited to speak to our church during a sermon series called “Living Life Backwards”. The main point of this series was that we should live our life with the “end in mind.” Since life is short and it will be end one day, those thoughts should drive us to take life seriously. I was invited to speak during this sermon series after receiving an alarming health diagnosis. In my message, I shared insights I received during the last few years of struggling with the news that suggested or implied what my future could be like. The message gives an synopsis of my thoughts at the time and my hope that it could lead to comfort for others as they go through the trials of life.
